Cleansing in the Morning
Cleansing is an important practice to add into life’s routine’s. Our bodies can only do so much without a little help. It is kind of like cleaning house.
There are a lot of supplement products in Whole Foods and other health food stores that try to make it look as easy as taking a couple of capsules of herbs. But there is a simple practice that costs almost nothing that you can do every morning.
The cost here is protecting your healthy, available water supply.
First thing in the morning, when your stomach is empty, you have a fantastic opportunity to do a little maintenance cleaning: Drinking warm water. It goes straight out of the stomach because of the warmth and washes you right through.

Well, I wish I had all the answers , but at least I know a good place to start. I recommend UCS–Union of Concerned Scientists.
